Beer Description
The result is a slighty tart, musty, and “foxy” grape saison
Notes: Brewed in partnership with Moccasin Creek Vineyards (Zebulon, NC…30 minutes east of Raleigh). We brewed this saison with 31 gallons of muscadine grape juice, local wheat, and a literal wild assortment of yeast.
