Beer Description
What’s for breakfast…Donuts?? No…Emo’s…Emo’s Breakfast. Dubbed and dunked with furry homage in tow, brewed for all ya’ll indoor and outdoor kitties alike. A blend of Eraclea Pilsner malt from Italy’s Adriatic coast and Superior Pilsen malt from Canada creates a delicate depth of clean malty sweetness with notes of honey that is paired with a focused bitterness. All of that wrapped around a floral, and earthy lean from a Hallertau Blanc & Nelson Sauvin dry hop ahead of a 4 week lagering. Overall crisp and dry with notes of gooseberry, white grape, lemon rind, chamomile, biscuit dough, apricot marmalade.
