American IPA made with Sorachi Ace and Centennial. 5.5% ABV, lemony, herbal, bitter.
te ipsum, more like te SIPsome! This is an IPA made with Sorachi Ace and Centennial hops. At 5.5% ABV, it has a distinct hoppy/dank aroma, balanced bitterness, and an herbal linger in the finish. Cura te ipsum means “heal thyself” or attend to one’s own defects rather than criticizing defects in others.
nosce te ipsum means “know thyself.” In 1750, Benjamin Franklin observed in his Poor Richard’s Almanac the great difficulties of knowing one’s self, with: “There are three things extremely hard: Steel, a Diamond, and to know one’s self.” (Wikipedia)
