Beer Description
Our Batch No. 4 was made with honey foraged from Yellow Star Thistle flowers in Southeastern Washington. At less than 3% residual sugar, this Semi-Sweet mead is balanced in sweetness and acidity capturing the essence of prairie land wildflower honey. Pairs well with spicy salami, tropical fruits, Thai peanut chicken, braised pork belly, or Indian curries. Also makes a great base for light cocktails and white sangria or a substitute for sweet white vermouth.
