This Tripel was aged in white wine barrels, yielding fruity aromas, light oak flavors & tart hibiscus leading to a refreshingly crisp finish.
This Tripel, delicious in its own right, has been transformed to a higher echelon by aging for 2.5 months in white wine barrels. Fruity aromas of berry & wine and the light flavors of oak are reminiscent of a Flanders ale with tart hibiscus leading to a refreshingly crisp finish.
