Beer Description
The unique Belgian yeast strain provides fruity esters that are balanced out by the rustic flavor from the Spelt and Rye grains.
A new farmhouse saison brewed with a substantial amount of rye and spelt (in the future to be grown on the farm/locally). ILF Brewers’ Gold hops round out the flavor. A late-Winter saison that is heartier and flavorful to drink to prepare you for the farmhouse ales of Summer to come. 7.5% ABV, 30 IBU.
