Nitraberry invokes the spirit of a delicate blackberry sorbet. It’s a little sweet and a little tart, with a touch of cream and just the right amount of blackberry goodness. We start in the lab with a secret blend of natural ingredients to add a slight pucker. Then we add blackberries before we do what shockingly few breweries in the country can and bottle it with nitrogen for a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
