Beer Description
A special commemorative beer for the 25th anniversary of the Oregon Brewers Festival. This Imperial Oregon Ale has 25 ingredients; many sourced in Oregon, and contains 25 International Bittering Units. It is medium to light bodied, with a soft bitterness, and a slightly fruit forward flavor. We used two kinds of locally sourced honey; plus, cranberries, hazelnuts, citrus orange peels, and a host of spices & herbs.
