Beer Description
The combination of Brettanomyces and Saison yeast results in complex fruit aromas reminiscent of apricot, mango, and pineapple.
This year, Fluxus is a mixed-fermentation saison-style ale brewed with rhubarb. Notes of citrus and biscuit combine to create a slightly sour and slightly sweet flavor that finishes with a hint of dry acidity.
