Beer Description
A tropical twist on the classic farmhouse style. The tropical notes are accented by Citra in the dry hop and conditioning on a half-pound of mangoes per gallon.
Our Mango Saison is a tropical twist on the classic farmhouse style. We start with a base of French pilsner malt, rye malt, and a touch of flaked wheat, too. Next, we add a dose of Citra hops late in the boil before a warm ferment with French Saison yeast, which creates a dimensional blend of of citrus, black pepper, and tropical fruit flavors. The tropical notes are accented by more Citra in the dry hop and conditioning on a half-pound of mangoes per gallon.
