Beer Description
It is a well balanced Porter with a tongue-tantalizing start of hop bitterness that fades into a rich creamy chocolate malt backbone and ends with a roasty finish. Sean Elliott, Head Brewer, drew inspiration for the porter from classic English Porters, but gave it more of an American twist by upping the hops and enhancing the chocolate character, while still retaining the classic maltiness that is found in English Porters.
