Beer Description
This brew is a lighter version of a German style Hefeweizen with spicy clove flavors with the aroma of bubble gum and bananas. It is 60% wheat and 40% malted barley. This Ale took us to the winning bracket in the 2008 Brew News Global Warming Open! So get ready for a refreshing beer for a great summer! Color: Golden Straw color, unfiltered, thick white head Nose: Spicy clove, banana and bubblegum Palate: light effervescence, low alcohol taste.
