Du Hast Zwickel Bier is as traditional a Munich Style keller lager as can be found outside of Germany. That said,by design, meant to be quaffed by the liter!
Du Hast Zwickel Bier is Wort Hog Brewing Company’s interpretation of a Bavarian keller (or cellar) lager. An unfiltered, unfettered lager, Du Hast Zwickel Bier is inspired by and reminiscent of beers from Munich. Du Hast Zwickel Bier is as traditional a Munich Style keller lager as can be found outside of Germany. That said, by design, it is meant to be quaffed by the liter!
Our Zwickel Bier has a beautiful, soft malt flavor which comes from an all-German grain bill. You’ll notice notes of fresh baked bread and a light hint of caramel in the flavor and aroma.
The malt bill is balanced by German Hallertauer Tradition and Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops, that bring a spicy zip that perfectly complements the malt bill.
Du Hast Zwickel is light and refreshing enough to say Prosit, and tip back a few pints, yet substantial enough to tantalize the tastebuds and make you desire another liter! Noch ein Bier, bitte! (Another beer, please!)
