Proud Pilsner is a German/Bavarian-Style Pilsner and is characterized by a balanced malt/hop profile. Weyermanns Pilsner malt is used to build a flavor base that is slightly sweet with subtle bread notes. Saphir hops (noble/citrus) are used throughout the boil to bring substantial flavor and aroma components to this lager. Light-bodied with elevated carbonation.
