This hefeweizen is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer brewed using a classic German recipe. The malt bill is 60% wheat with a special Bavarian yeast strain which imparts beautiful fruity flavors and aromas. A perfect example of a 100% natural and traditional wheat ale. A true session beer.
