Made with over a pound of fresh squeezed grapefruit per barrel. Intense tropical and citrus aromas!
Intense tropical and citrus aromas come from the hops. We juiced over 1lbs of grapefruit per barrel to give extra fresh fruit flavor. Fermentation with London Ale 3 yeast enhances the fruit tones. A blend of specialty malts supports the fruity backbone of this beer.
ABV: 7.2% IBU’s: 65
Malts: Irish Ale, Flaked Barley, Vienna, CaraRed
Hops: Azacca, Chinook
