Beer Description
The sweet hints of raisin, fig, and plum are accentuated with rock candy sugar then warmed away by the strength of the dry finish due to its alcoholic strength.
Let’s dispel the myths first… Recipe from medieval times? No. Stolen DNA from a castle? No. Brewed by a wizard? Maybe. The Sorcerer casts a spell upon your senses with complex malt, dried fruit, raisins, figs, plums, spice cake and a wonderful Belgian candi sugar sweetness.
