Beer Description
Who is Sif, you say? According to Norse mythology, Sif is a goddess and none other than the wife of Thor. Thor is regarded as the god of thunder, rain and farming and is often depicted with his large hammer, named Mjolnir, with which he protected mankind. So what does Sif have to do with the beer you鈥檙e drinking? Sif was a blonde haired beauty, the goddess of grain and embodies the essence of our blonde ale, brewed to a light straw color, displaying the flavors of bread and grain. We add two late additions of hops to bring forth the light citrus aroma. What better way to name a beer than after the Norse goddess?
