Let’s liven things up Burroughs. Combined our passion for all things hopped to high hell with our penchant for saison derived ester palate quenching funk. We took a cottage loaf approach to the grain bill, piling up the wheat, oats, rye & spelt.
Let’s liven things up Burroughs. Combined our passion for all things hopped to high hell with our penchant for saison derived ester palate quenching funk. We took a cottage loaf approach to the grain bill, piling up the wheat, oats, rye & spelt. Then joined it at the hip with a dewey slope of Galaxy, Citra & Kohatu hops. We finished with saison yeast and squeezed that rustic lux into a glorious pint. Notes of clementine core, blue java banana, pink grapefruit-pineapple syrup and a slight acidic zip.
