Tygrisku is our new Wild Golden Ale. At 4.5% ABV it’s a preview of three different golden base beers we racked into wine barrels to age with various bretts and bacteria. Part of this blend was not hopped and features our house mix of bacteria and yeast that we use to make many of our sour beers. Another beer was late hopped to provide wine-like flavors, and the other was hopped like a DIPA in the whirlpool with citrus, tropical, and stone fruit heavy hops.
