Elegant malt complexity replete with notes of bread, bread crust, biscuit, and slight.
Oktoberfest beers can be divided into two main camps. The stronger and darker Marzen on the one hand; the golden and easier-drinking Wiesn on the other. The original Oktoberfests shared more in common with the former version, while the latter Wiesn variant emerged later in the 20th century to satisfy changing consumer tastes. Both types are delicious, but this version definitely leans towards the Wiesn style with lower ABV, and delicate yet complex maltiness. An iron fist in a velvet glove. All you really need to know, though, is that it’s bier for festing. Drink a liter or three.
