Semi-dry finish is balanced by soft bubbles & refreshing acidity. Complex tannins,hint at earth,underpin intensely fresh aromas of summer fruit & lemony finish.
Naturally sparkling, semi-dry. This cider is a blend of English, French and American cider apples. Perfect on a picnic with farmstead cheese and a hunk of crusty bread. Bittersweet is also excellent for brunch with eggs Florentine and lemon ricotta French toast or on a summer evening with grilled vegetables and spicy shrimp skewers.
