Beer Description
Malvasia Bianca grapes are incredibly rare aromatic and floral.
So we decided that we would co-ferment them with equally tart and fruit forward pluots. Both fruits were cold pressed and fermented together for a true blend of character and balance that cannot be had by blending. Enjoy our limited production Hipster Hills.
