Beer Description
A dry hopped Berliner Weisse inspired beer. Brewed in collaboration with our east side distributors, M4 CIC! We started with a mini version of our golden sour recipe, and dry hopped it at the acidity we liked to stop acidification. Then we dry hopped it again with Mandarina Bavaria, Medusa, Mosaic, Motueka… 2.5lb/bbl total.
