Beer Description
We are simply calling ours a Berliner because we forgo the wheat in favor of rye, which adds a spicier flavor. After souring the wort and adding mullings spices, we add a tart cherry & cranberry blend during the secondary fermentation to round out the tartness. And for that beloved slight wild funk – we use farmhouse yeast in addition to our house yeast.
