Beer Description
By keeping the malt and hop bill low the goal is to deliver a clean, tasty, floral IPA. This beer contains Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops to deliver a balance of piney and citrus flavors.
Conceived during the fires in the Columbia River Gorge as our Head Brewer stood outside watching some of his favorite trails burst into flames. While creating Remember the Forest IPA our brewers continued on in the direction of less is more. By keeping the malt and hop bill low the goal is to deliver a clean, tasty, floral IPA. This beer contains Simcoe, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops to deliver a balance of piney and citrus flavors.
