“Perfect for summer heat, our original sour ale, utilizes an anaerobic souring procedure that spanned three days to finish…ludicrous idea right?”
Our most ambitious beer to date utilized an anaerobic sour mash procedure that spanned three days to finish…ludicrous idea right? After which it was fermented with our Belgian Saison yeast at nearly 87 degrees Fahrenheit. The end result is a Sour Rye Saison that attacks you with the character of white wine and grapefruit juice.
