rewed using Jasmine rice and grapefruit peel, this isn’t your average Saison. While both tend to add mostly to the aroma, the crisp flavors of citrus mingle with the bubble-gummy, fruit forward yeast profile. While French malts give this beer its yellowish hue, German Saphir and Czech Saaz hops add balance through their spicy attributes.
