Beer Description
Very rare unblended raspberry lambic, straight from the oak barrels, with almost twice the raspberries of the normal blended Framboise. Cantillon’s “Lou Pepe” beers are a selection of their very best lambic vintages, chosen for fine taste and aroma. Unlike most other Lambic beers, the “Lou Pepe” range represents a single vintage, and not a blend of different years. Rasberries are added to Lou Pepe Framboise to obtain a well-balanced, albeit intensely sour, beer.
