HenHouse Hollow Moon

As we all know, part of the Apollo 12 moon landing mission was deploying an array of seismographs for monitoring the geology of our “moon” and jettisoning part of the lunar lander during departure to crash into the surface, creating vibrations and revealing details of the “moon’s” composition. However, the data recorded that day showed the vibrations from impact reverberating through the “moon” for 30 minutes; it rung like a bell. Clearly, the “moon” is a hollow satellite placed in orbit around our planet by beings beyond our technological capability for the purpose of monitoring our culture’s development. This IPA is made with Mosaic and Sorachi Ace hops for a guava/pina colada thing that is tight tight tight!
features one of the world’s more enigmatic hop varietals, Sorachi Ace. This hop is of Japanese-origin and when used correctly it offers a signature aroma of coconut and white pepper. We ferment “Moon” on Conan yeast and complete the hop profile with Mosaic to make Hollow Moon just as lovable at first sniff as all of our Conspiracy IPAs

Appearance: Yellow, Medium haze
Aroma: Pineapple, coconut, mango, slight dill, slight doughy malt
Flavor: Pineapple, coconut, tropical fruit, doughy malt
Mouthfeel: Medium body, medium/soft finish
