Moon River Cosmic Terror

Contemplation of our surplus of Australian Galaxy hops left us in an existential crisis. We almost went mad thinking of a way to properly pay tribute to this gift from the elder hop gods. While still entranced by the whispers of juicy passion fruit and citrus, we somehow managed to formulate a crisp, refreshing pale ale to serve as a showcase for the qualities of our new hop obsession. Galaxy lends a smooth bitterness, big fruit flavor in the whirlpool addition, and overwhelming tropical aroma thanks to a monolithic dry-hop. When you stare into an empty pint glass, don’t be surprised if it stares back!
