After souring for a year with blended bacteria in Buffalo Trace
Whiskey barrels, our burly imperial stout was almost ready.
The finishing touch was a generous helping of blackberry
puree and blackberry extract to create a decadent flavor
sensation. Think rich dark chocolate with a tart berry liqueur
center. The latest installment in our barrel program is a
marvelously complex taste of true love.
