Beer Description
This collaboration beer was constructed using Classic American malts and some FRESH hops from our friends at Hop Hill Farm (Fleetwood PA). The finished product was then aged on Sumatran Coffee from Loaves and Fishes Farm (Dover PA).
Using THON and its dancers as inspiration in creating this beer, we focused on what those dancers go through during those long hours of non-stop on-your-feet movement: Bringing people together for a great cause. With that being said, this collaboration beer was constructed using Classic American malts and some FRESH hops from our friends at Hop Hill Farm (Fleetwood PA). The finished product was then aged on Sumatran Coffee from Loaves and Fishes Farm (Dover PA). Light and sessionable with just enough fresh roasted coffee to keep you on your feet (hopefully not for 46 hours!). WE ARE.
