Beer Description
We matured this beer for over three months in French-coopered oak barrels from the Ransom Winery & Distillery in Sheridan, Oregon. The barrels originally were used for maturing their Pinot Noir, then used to age the distillery’s WhipperSnapper Oregon Spirit Whiskey for an average of one year. Zymatore – Zinfandel Barrel Aged.
