Beer Description
We brew this fulsome feline with a ton of Golden Promise pale malt, plus both flaked and malted oats. We feed it Nelson Sauvin and Citra Cryo in the whirlpool, then Galaxy, more Nelson Sauvin, and more Citra in the dry-hop.
Big Cat is a double IPA made in collaboration with our pals at The Veil.
We brew this fulsome feline with a ton of Golden Promise pale malt, plus both flaked and malted oats. We feed it Nelson Sauvin and Citra Cryo in the whirlpool, then Galaxy, more Nelson Sauvin, and more Citra in the dry-hop. This Pacific Northwest + Southern Hemisphere combo brings massive notes of tropical fruit, crushed white grape, melon, and orange citrus.
