Yo, where the salad bowl at? It’s time to lop the young Fatz’s luscious mop! Not quite as lush as the namesakes notorious mushroom top, we like to think we honor its’ timeless charm by offering up this regal Brett Blueberry Blonde. Drinkin’ like some crisp and funky, bubblin’ brett fruit punch. Belgian blonde grainy base, little wheat and oats, mixed brettanomyces culture and two jolts of blueberry; puree in the fermenter and frozen wild to condition. Little must on the nose, body is dry, floral and fruity barnyard notes flopped into sweet blueberry with a little juiciness left on the palate.
