Beer Description
Red IPL was heavily dry hopped with Mosaic and Cascade. It has a well defined aroma of citrus and blueberries.
Red IPL was heavily dry hopped with Mosaic and Cascade. It has a well defined aroma of citrus and blueberries. It has an assertive bitterness that is the hallmark of west coast style IPAs. Due to our use of corn, the beer is light bodied and has a dry finish. Although the beer’s finish is dry, it isn’t totally neutral. The best way that we can describe the finish of this beer is that it’s a bit like drinking freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Red IPL has a citric acidity that’s unlike any beer we’ve ever put our name on.
