Mission Grapes Were the first grapes ever brought to California. This Pyment is one of the more Rare styles of Mead made.
Mission Grapes are very scarce today and have very distinctive character.
This Pyment also is made with Blackberries, Raspberries, and Black Currants. Fermented and aged 14 months in a Bourbon barrel and French oak Barrel.
