Beer Description
We start with our dunkelweizen, which is a dark unfiltered wheat. It has soft banana, clove, and peppery spice with a slight chocolate flavor to go with the bready sweet wheat and malt character. The rum barrel aging adds molasses, vanilla, honey, caramel, and toffee as well as the more traditional rum Hogo (aka Funk) flavor to the finished beer.
