Beer Description
A Dry-Hopped India Pale Lager bursting with notes of citrus, lemongrass, cucumber cherry and just a little bit of sweet dank character. Perfect for lager lovers and hop heads alike!
This hybrid style beer combines the beautiful malt flavors and mouthfeel of a classic German Pilsner, but with the aromatic punch of a West Coast IPA. This India Pale Lager is rife with notes of citrus, lemongrass, cucumber, cherry, and a touch of sweet dank. At an appreciable 6.5% ABV and 60 IBU, this is a robust offering made with Pilsner and Vienna malts and fermented with German lager yeast. After fermentation, two separate dry hops are added including Ariana, Callista, Hallertau Blanc, and Huell Melon hops. In short, this beer is a remix of old school groove and a little fresh funk.
