Beer Description
An elegant, sophisticated effervescent sparkling Marzen with the refinement of Champagne and the tradition of a Bavarian Lager.
Michaeli is made for special moments. Conceived and brewed by World Champion Beer Sommelier, Sebastian Priller-Riegele and world-renowned, 7-Star Master Brewer, Frank Muller. Michaeli first hit the scene with friend and French advernturer, Louis Piana in the Swiss Alps resort of St. Moritz. The concept was challenging. To create an elegant and sophisticated beer, that that would be refreshing, nuanced and have the effervescence and refinement of Champagne, yet retain the tradition and character of a Bavarian Marzen. Michael was born.
Every aspect of the brewing process and ingredient selection is supervised by Master Brewer, Muller. Only the finest, choice Steffi malt, select Cascade hops and pure Alpen water is combined with Riegele’s own Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast strain to produce Michaeli.
