An imperial golden ale brewed with breadfruit and toasted papaya seeds.
Inspiration through collaboration: For centuries, beer has been called liquid bread. Now from 4,873 miles apart, Maui Brewing Co. partners with Dogfish Head Craft Brewery on the arrival of “Liquid Breadfruit”; brewed with papaya seeds to give mild bitterness, and notes of pink peppercorn and ’Ulu (breadfruit) to lend rich tropical fruit character with hints of fresh baked bread.
