Beer Description
Dutch for “blueberry tree,” BOSBESBOOM is a blend of hand-picked blueberries and apples grown at Indian Ladder Farms. The blueberries are pan-roasted over an apple wood fire to bring out the rich flavor and color of the berries, giving BOSBESBOOM a beautiful, rosy hue. More than just providing color, blueberry skin is rich in antioxidants, as well as vitamins A, C, and E. The contrast of the fresh blueberries with the fermented apples gives this cider a fruity, complex flavor and aroma. BOSBESBOOM pairs well with pork, red meats, sharp cheeses, and mixed field greens.
