A very special collaboration brewed with Brooklyn Kura, this rustic rice lager is brewed with a 50/50 split of extra pale pilsner malt and Koji.
A very special collaboration brewed with our friends at Brooklyn Kura, this rustic rice lager is brewed with a 50/50 split of extra pale pilsner malt and Koji made at Brooklyn Kura’s brewery a few blocks from our facility. This beer was crafted with the intent to allow the Koji to play center stage with a citrusy, fresh rice character that is unique to any ingredient we have used before. Cold fermented and allowed to mature according to traditional lagering methods. Unfiltered, unfined, and slightly hazy.
