Beer Description
Pours amber in color, with thin white head. Lively effervescence from 3+ months of bottle conditioning reveals a bretty bright funk with hints of stone fruit and vanilla. First taste reveals a mild tartness with bretty earthy character. This is our first barrel fermented ale, aged 10 months in red wine barrels, with a mixed culture of brett and sacchromyces. Continued bottle conditioning will undoubtedly produce a developing of flavors in the bottle. Weโre selling the bottles at ambient temperature and encourage cellaring. Or drink it now and enjoy it the same way we are.
