Beer Description
A full bodied, malt-accentuated amber lager, unfiltered, and cellar aged. Double decocted from German Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts with several kettle additions of Nobel hops. We have re worked this family favorite many times over the years and of the 20 or so recipes created it was “number seven” that was selected by our diverse tasting panel in a recent blind tasting as the best of the best.
