Beer Description
An experimental one-off, this is a 100% NY malt ale that we added hibiscus to as well as a generous dry-hopping of Simcoe and Citra. Along with giving the beer an alluring red hue, the hibiscus adds berry and floral notes with a slight refreshing tartness. These flavors are balanced by the citrus-forward hop profile.
