A kettle soured wort of pilsner, wheat and Lactobacillus plantarum blend lay the melody and structure upon which we picked up and turned it around atop wild sacch, lactose, hibiscus, pink guava, Belma, Azacca & Hallertau Blanc hops. Notes of strawberry seed, pink lemonade, tart hibiscus tea, pink guava kombucha, an earthy and fruit bounty.
