Beer Description
Highly carbonated, and low bitterness (crushable 5.6% ABV). Like hazy beers, no bittering hops, but clear, dry and crisp. “Brut Willis” is hopped with late addition Citra hops, and dry hopped with Azacca, Citra, and Hallertau Blanc. Also, typically the Brut IPA is up to 25% adjunct (like rice or corn), so in ENBW fashion, we used honey from Johnson’s Honey Farm for 10% of the grain bill. The Hallertau Blanc hops feature some delicious wine-like characteristics.
