Our 2nd limited-edition special release—a boundless beer that’s never been done before and defies style guidelines: part Dovetail Lager, part lambic-style spontaneous, born of wild Chicago microbes, the spirit of experimentation, and a firm trust in nature. Sure, ok, and then you take a sip and it’s a lovely, easy drink—a gentle sour with notes of vanilla and memories of the oak barrel that aged it. You’ll want to share it, pass it around the back porch or the firepit, and offer a toast to the wild yeasts of the City in a Garden.
